Same-day repair works best when the details are right from the first call. Tell us the appliance, the brand and model, what it's doing and any error code. That lets us send a technician with the right tools and the parts most likely to be needed.
Our team is based in Al Quoz, in the middle of Dubai, so most areas are a straightforward drive. Morning bookings have the best chance of a same-day visit. Later calls are booked into the earliest slot we have.
Some repairs need a part we don't carry. In that case we diagnose on the first visit, order the part and come back to finish the job.
