Booking & visits
Which areas in Dubai do you cover?
All of Dubai. Our base is in Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, so central areas such as Al Barsha, Jumeirah, Business Bay and Downtown are quickest to reach, and we travel to New Dubai, Deira and the Dubailand communities every day.
Can a technician come today?
When a technician is free, yes. Call or WhatsApp us in the morning for the best chance of a same-day visit. If we can't come today, we'll give you the earliest slot we have.
How do I book a repair?
Call +971 56 270 3123, send a WhatsApp message, or fill in the booking form on this site. It opens WhatsApp with your details ready to send.
What should I have ready when I call?
The appliance brand and model number from its rating plate, any error code on the display, and your building name and area. A photo or short video on WhatsApp helps a lot.
Do you work on Fridays and weekends?
Yes, we're open daily. Availability changes through the week, so call or WhatsApp us to check a time.
Prices, parts & warranty
How much does a repair cost?
It depends on the appliance and the fault. We inspect and test first, then give you a fixed quote. Nothing is done or charged without your approval.
Is there a charge for the visit?
Any visit or inspection charge is confirmed with you when you book, before a technician sets off.
Do you use genuine parts?
We fit genuine parts where they're available, or OEM-grade parts if you prefer a lower price. We tell you which before fitting.
Do you give a warranty?
Yes. The warranty on our work and on any parts we fit is written on your invoice.

What appliances do you repair?
Washing machines, fridges, freezers, dishwashers, ovens, cooking ranges, microwaves, coffee machines, commercial chillers, and split, window and central ACs.
Do you repair commercial equipment?
Yes. We repair café espresso machines, display chillers, bottle coolers, deep freezers and commercial AC for shops, restaurants and offices.
Are you an authorised service centre for any brand?
No. Prime Time Technical is an independent repair company. We repair all the major brands but are not affiliated with or authorised by them. If an appliance is under the manufacturer's warranty, contact the brand first.
Who is Prime Time Technical?
Prime Time Technical is the trading name of Shahana Shaikh Technical Services L.L.C, a Dubai company based in Al Quoz Industrial Area 3.
